Your information, such as contact name, company email, and company phone number, is only with us so that we can perform our work on your behalf and maintain communication.
As a general rule, no personal information of a particularly sensitive nature, such as CPR numbers or similar, is stored in our systems.
You can always access, block or delete your information if you write to us at: salg@exemplar.dk
All data is stored only at the company’s address, which is physically locked and located on the 5th floor. Outside normal working hours, both the elevator and stairs to the floor are additionally locked. Access can only be via a personally identifiable key tag.
Our networks (both wired and wireless) are closed and do not allow access to anyone other than our employees at the company address.
