Delivery & Shipping Policy

At Exemplar, we combine design, technology and experience to create physical packaging mockups that give your products the presentation they deserve.

• • Once your order is confirmed and all necessary files have been received, we will begin production, usually within 1-2 business days (depending on complexity).

  • For special or customized projects, production time may be longer – this will be stated when placing an order.

• • Denmark / within the EU: typical delivery within 1-2 working days. 
  • Other countries outside the EU: typical and expected delivery time 3-5 business days (may vary depending on customs and transport).
  • We use external shipping companies and postal services for the actual transport, usually UPS is used, unless otherwise preferred.

• • Shipping is via reliable carriers and postal services, typically we will use UPS unless otherwise agreed.
  • 
    We strive to offer free shipping within the EU, but it requires a certain order size – we can always talk about it.

    Please note: any additional costs for customs and taxes in countries outside the EU are the responsibility of the customer.

• • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct delivery address and to be present for receipt.
  • If the item is returned due to incorrect address or no-collection, additional shipping fees may be charged to resend the item.

• • For shipments outside the EU, customs duties, import VAT and administrative fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend that you check the customs regulations in your country before ordering to avoid surprises.

We reserve the right to delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. weather, strikes, customs clearance, pandemics, etc.). In such cases, delivery times may be extended and these events exempt us from liability for further claims.

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. Changes will be announced on our website and will take effect when published.
